PEDIATRIC COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC
SLHA and the City of St. Louis Department of Health in partnership with Alderwoman Christine Ingrassia will be hosting a FREE COVID-19 (Pfizer) vaccine clinic for children ages 5-11! (Individuals 12+ may obtain a 1st, 2nd or booster COVID-19 vaccine).

Please bring your COVID-19 vaccine card if you wish to receive a 2nd or booster dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
