The Clinton-Peabody Redevelopment – Phase 1 has been awarded $500,000 from the City of St. Louis’ Community Development Administration through the Neighborhood Transformation Grants program. This award is in addition to the $2,420,000 received in 2023, bringing the total to $2,920,000 for housing development and planning efforts!
Phase 1 will bring 89 brand-new 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units near Chouteau Ave., with designs shaped by Clinton-Peabody residents.
